According to Lt. Gen. Thomas Bostick, army soldiers who oppose lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgenders (LGBTs) need to get out of the army.
If that happens, our military with be made up of a bunch of cry babies. I have nothing against LGBTs doing whatever they want behind closed doors (in fact, I have friends and family members of that persuasion), but the military is not closed doors. It’s men taking showers with men, sleeping together, dressing together, and doing pretty much everything together day and night. Same for the women. Now if some of those men think they are women in men’s bodies, it’s like having men taking showers with women. Get it? It’s not rocket science. It’s called common sense. Men and women are not the same. Period.
Bostick, the Army’s deputy chief of staff in charge of personnel matters recently spoke before several hundred troops at the European Command headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany about “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell.” Here’s what he had the nerve to say:
Unfortunately, we have a minority of service members who are still racists and bigoted and you will never be able to get rid of all of them….these people opposing this new policy will need to get with the program, and if they can’t, they need to get out. No matter how much training and education of those in opposition, you’re always going to have those that oppose this on moral and religious grounds just like you still have racists today.
This Lt. General has been brainwashed and can’t think for himself. He’s criticizing those who hold moral and religious beliefs. That makes him a bigot and an arrogant elitist. Is he saying the military does not want moral and religious people to join its ranks?
He thinks homosexuals in the military is a “civil right.” Here we have another lefty military leader who has been promoted through the ranks for being politically correct (PC).
Isn’t there something called the Uniform Code of Military Justice? This code has banned homosexual conduct and criminalizes adulterous conduct among heterosexuals because this type of behavior UNDERMINES the good order and discipline of the armed forces. Is the Lt. aware of this code?
Lt. Gen. Bostick suggested he would use the same strict disciplinary standards to provide “education and training” to ensure soldiers, sailors and airmen embrace the new LGBT agenda.
I see. Now the military is in the business or “reeducation” and “retraining” to brainwash our soldiers, sailors, and airmen to be PC. Maybe Lt. Bostick should listen to Chancellor Merkel; he might learn something if he wasn’t such a bigot.
He is a disgrace to the military. He doesn’t support the very troops who put their lives on the line every day. This is the thanks they get. Be PC or out you go. He is only interested in catering to minorities at the expense of the majority.
He should be fired. In additional, he should immediately withdraw from any further involvement in the Pentagon panel that will be issuing a report on the new “Don’t ask, don’t tell” policy by December 1st.
Why do we have a military? To defend the United States of America from those who want to harm us. The military’s purpose is not to “serve as a playground for social experimentation.”
If “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” is overturned, Tommy Sears, executive director of the Center for Military Readiness told The Washington Times,
… there will be no toleration of dissent. If for whatever reason you disagree, whether it’s religious conviction or personal objection, your career will in essence be over.
Servicemen should not be kicked out of the military because of their religious convictions. That goes against their constitutional rights—freedom of religion. I’d like Lt. General Bostick to tell me where in the constitution it says anything about lowering the military’s “moral” standards in the name of PC.
